What is included ?

• Scooter for the reserved period .
• 2 Helmets if 125 cc or more . 1 Helmet for 50 cc.
• Insurance for the passenger ( if you want the the driver insurance add 10 % to total of the reservation cost )
• Wheel locker.
• Hygienic head cover.

How do i pay ?

• You pay at the scooter delivery in cash or by credit card.

How i'm sure that my reservation has been confirmed ?

• after you made the reservation via our form you will receive a mail with the price tobe payd and if you agree with it you will be asked of a credit card as guarantee for the reservation ( we will no charge your credit card ), then at your arrival you can pay cash .

Are you going to keep my credit card numbers and data ?

• we do keep the credit card number for 3 month only in case we receive a fee notification you might have receive when driving the motorbike .

Can you deliver the scooter ?

• We do deliver the scoote to your address with an extra charge in relation to the distance from our place.
• The price of the delivery is communicated at the reservation stage.

Where do i pick up the scooter ?

• Usually the scooter are in Genova - Santa Margherita Ligure - Rapallo and you will be advised to where to pick them up unless you want a delivery at your address

Is possible to ride in 2 passenger ?

• Is possible to ride in 2 passenger with a scooter of minimum 125 cc.

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel your reservation within 3 days ( 72 hours prior your arrival ) via mail / phone, nothing is due to us as penalty, but please tell us asap that you want to cancel your reservation.
• PENALTY : Cancelation within 3 days : 100 % of the total amount to be paid charging your credit card.

If i take a fee ?

• In case you should take a fee ( wrong parking, too fast drive etc. ) we will charge your credit card of the amount fo the fee.

GOING TO AFRICA ?

Where in Africa can i go ?

• You are entitled to go to Tunis

ia for as long as you want and the scooter is fully insuranced.

Can i go to Morocco ?

• You can go to Morocco too but you are requested to a deposit of 2000 $ cash
  that we return to you when back in Italy. Plus we take you credit card number as guarantee too
• In Morocco you are requested to make your own insurance at the border.

GOING TO THE ISLANDS OF ITALY & CORSE ?

You are entitled to go without restriction : ( please check with your embassy if need visa for Italy or France - we cannot be responsible for any visa restriction that may occur - these are only generic information and must be verified with your embassy )
